Secondary discovered from analysis of lightcurve observations made 18 September 2001 to 1 February 2003 at the Vatican Advanced Technology Telescope by W. H. Ryan, E. V. Ryan, C. T. Martinez, and L. Stewart; announced 3 May 2003.
