Description:
One IRS employee killed (Vernon Hunter), thirteen injured by the intentional crash of a small private plane into the IRS building in Austin, Texas, and subsequent fire.
The perpetrator, Andrew Joseph Stack III, left a suicide note making statements against the government, corporations, and the Catholic church; he was being audited by the IRS at the time.
Consequences: 2 killed, 13 injured
