Description:

Two individuals were accidentally exposed to a cobalt-60 source for about 4 minutes. They received whole-body doses of 87 and 61 rads, respectively, and suffered mild haemopoietic radiation sickness, from which they both recovered.

Consequences: 2 injuries.
