Description:

An individual mistakenly picked up a radiation source and put in it a pocket, causing uneven exposure and leading to medical treatment within 5 days. The individual suffered radiation sickness plus radiation-induced skin injury, with a whole body dose of 150 rad.

Consequences: 1 injury.
