Description:
A woman undergoing coronary angiography and coronary stent implantation was overexposed during the procedure. Dose was later estimated at 95 rad with 520 rad to the skin on the back. After three months ulceration of skin on the back developed which was not recognized as resulting from radiation overexposure until 6 months after the treatment.
Consequences:
1 injury.
