SilkAir Flight 185 aircraft broke up and crashed following rapid descent under control of the pilot; U.S. NTSB concluded the pilot likely intentionally crashed the aircraft; those killed included 46 Singapore citizens, 23 Indonesians, 10 Malaysians, 5 Americans.

Consequences: 104 killed
