Description:

At about 11:00 AM, two suicide bombings in Irbil, Iraq, killed 109 and injured at least 240. One attack struck a crowd outside the offices of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, the other struck the offices of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. Each bombing was carried out by an individual with explosives strapped to his body.

Consequences: 109 killed, 256 injured
