Description:

A truck bomb was detonated in a residential area of Qubbak, near Tal Afar, Iraq. A dump truck filled with explosives, covered by gravel, was detonated by a suicide bomber. The morning explosion caused the collapse of several houses, with ten houses damaged in total. The 28 killed included 19 children, and a total of 50 people were injured.

Consequences: 28 killed, 50 injured
